WHAT IS IT?
1.5 Hour skills lab with routesetters - Focused on climbers practicing paddle and skate dynos
WHO'S IT FOR?
Climbers who work on V4-V6
HOW IT WORKS
Skill lab stations will be set up to where climbers will practice one version of the dyno, followed up by a second, third, fourth, (etc) version, where setters will alter one or more aspects of the move.
This creates a custom experience where climbers can practice many different versions of a move multiple times, which means you can improve on niche skills quickly.
Our instructors will also discuss tips and tricks and insider setter secrets on how to approach these moves, warm up for dynamic climbing, increase success rate, and how to practice these skills outside of the lab.
