Events must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

To book an event, make sure you have the following prepared:

• Estimated guest list with first and last names

• Date and time of the event

• Location (Lincoln or Omaha)

• Minimum of 1 adult chaperones per 4 kids for youth events

All attendees will need completed waivers, including spectators.

We also offer custom pricing for select group events: school field trips & recurring visits/bulk pass purchases

1. We’ll follow up with your group’s coordinator in the days leading up to your event to make sure your party’s waivers are completed.

2. On the day of the event, we’ll check in your guests and chaperones and show you to your reserved event space. Parties may bring in outside food/drink/decor that must remain in the event room.

3. Once your party has checked in, our experienced staff will go over a brief 10-min safety orientation.

4. Climbers will then get fitted for our rental climbing shoes and will be free to climb in the space.

5. The event room has a 2-hour reservation limit, but the day passes will allow each climber access to the gym for the entire day.
