Weeks 1 & 2: standard MW Boulder league

• Climbers choose their difficulty category and score themselves on the climbs in their category. Every climb (VB-V10) is worth the same amount of points. It is up to YOU to challenge yourself and select the appropriate category.

  This is a beginner-friendly event and new climbers are encouraged to attend!

• Climbers will be scored based on the number of Tops, Zones, attempts to Top, and attempts to Zone

• Climbers who attend all 3 weeks (regardless of score) will receive a custom MW gym badge

Week 3: Finals

• The top 10 of each category will be eligible for finals

• Finals Phase 1: climbers will duel in pairs and climb identical boulders and whomever tops the climb first will win. The climbs will be set side by side so the duel will have both climbers on the wall at the same time. There will be different climbs for the different categories.

• Finals Phase 2: Whomever wins the dueling round (5 people from each category) will go to the onsite round. Each climber gets 4 minutes to top "x" number of climbs in their category (tbd on # of climbs). Whomever gets the highest score in the onsite round = winner.

Cost

• Members & Punch Pass Users: $10 per climber (+tax)

• Non-Members: $42.50 per climber (+tax)

  • Unlimited climbing at any MW location during the entire 3 weeks of league

  • Includes Shoe Rentals

  • Will automatically expire at the end of league regardless of purchase date

Week 1-2 (League)

Week 3 (Finals, Awards, & Pizza)

• Any team that attends all 3 weeks will receive a custom MW gym badge for each team member

  • At least one team member must be present each week

  • Teams may find a sub for any league night

• The winning team will have their name engraved on a Boulder League Plaque displayed in the gym

• An afterparty for awards, pins, pizza party, prize raffle, and games will be held on Week 3 from 6-9 PM. All participants will be entered to win raffle prizes (must be present to win).
